Next, you choose a package and make payment.

Then we arrange a free 50 minute lesson.

Once this is complete, we start your package.

We recommend at least one lesson per week to ensure steady progress.

Students who have more lessons each week usually improve faster.

You will receive an invoice for your selected plan. The invoice will include a secure payment link for your convenience.

All payments are securely processed and encrypted through Stripe to ensure the highest level of security and data protection.

Yes. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as used from your package.

Refunds

Refund requests may be made in writing within 30 days of purchase for any unused lessons.

The value of any lessons already taken will be deducted. (Minus ¥400 processing charge)

Transfers

Unused lessons may be transferred to a friend or family member upon request.

We usually teach on Zoom, which provides the best learning experience.

Lessons can also be held on WeChat video.

Lessons are designed to be active and engaging.

We regularly change activities during the lesson to maintain attention and interest.
